Confirmed Service Customer
Brought Tahoe in for second time to address rough idle, was told it was normal. I’ve had 2 previous Tahoes, a 2004 and a 2012, and didn’t have a rough idle on either of them. I find it had to believe that that the rough idle is normal.

I had an appt sch at 8a. Was told on phone to wait it would be 1-1.5hrs. At 8:50a I received the text for my car inspection that it was almost done and what they found. The guy that was helping me didn’t come out to see me until 10a. By then I was furious because it had now been 2hrs with no one talking to me. He tells me what they require to be done with my car, I said I don’t have time today. He said ok I’ll be back. Doesn’t come back till 25min later and doesn’t even apologize knowing I was upset about the ridiculous amount of time I was there, 2.5hrs to be exact.

I’m so thankful for the Chevy team. They took my concerns on my car seriously and were able to fix my car. They are all so friendly and kept me in the loop. Wes is the best!!!!

The team did a good job. However, my scheduling experience was NOT good. I scheduled online for Chevy on College as I always have with my Chevy. I arrived and they told me they didn’t have my appointment and then found it and said that they are having the express lube do oil changes. I went to the express lube and they didn’t have my information and I had to give it to them once again. There was no one in line, a full crew, and I waited for almost 10 minutes before they began to service my vehicle. Now it’s not on the team but the process, and it was the worse ever. I am a Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer and in all my years of dealing with Bergstrom, this was the worse customer experience.
