$465 to fix an issue. Drive car the day after and engine light comes back on and reduced engine power comes on again. Clearly issue that cost so much was not fixed at all!

Stephen Littrel did an awesome job working with my wattanty company to keep my cost low. And Cody Schuhart spent sometime talking to while I waited for a diagnosis on my car. He also sent me a card that made me smile. Cudos to both of them for taking care of my car and myself.

You changed my oil/filter, rotated tires and Checked my air filters. After I left about 3 miles down the road error lights and indications came on the panel; -4 wheel drive inactive -steering assist not active -emergency brake requires service -emmisions system requires service I returned immediately and they had no answers. They put their diagnostic analyzer on the car and saw all the same issues and more. They reset the codes and said if it happens again, come back. Obviously something happened during the oil change and they had no answers. I don’t know now if I can trust your quick lube with our car in the future. This car was an expensive purchase for us and I’ve always trusted Bergstrom for its maintenance and care,.Now, I don’t know anymore….

Three bays for changing oil. I was told only one bay was in use due to small crew. I was then told that the car currently in the bay was waiting for a part which would take 20-30 minutes to arrive and then additional time to install the part. I said I would wait. The entire time I waited the entire crew was just sitting around. Once my vehicle was being worked on, the same crew of people that were sitting around were still sitting around yet my vehicle was being serviced. At that point I found it hard to believe there was not enough crew to open another bay.
